To say Naz and Omar (Champion) superstars is an understatement! They came out the exact same day to inspect and quote for underpinning, and continued to work closely with my structural engineer to fix our foundation issues for good. Underpinning your house is a nerve-wracking experience, but Naz was fantastic at explaining every step of the process right from the initial call. They took immense care on site to keep disruption to a minimum and put all the right protective measures in place. Elite was a godsend as we needed our recently bought Edwardian house re-leveled before other work could commence.  Not a huge job but important to us. I contacted a highly rated company that understood exactly what we needed & said they would come out & quote - 3 weeks later, nothing despite following up. Contacted a second company that was very local, they came out, had a look & said they would send a quote - 2 weeks later nothing again. Contacted Naz, he came out within 2 days & sent a quote straight away. He also was really flexible in slipping our job in to help us out. Omar & his mate worked really hard on the wettest coldest day imagainable - they were all pleasant & very polite. The house is structurally more sound,  level enough for us & virtually no cracks [we compromised between fully level & damaging the beautiful house] - we were home & the work was done exactly as we wanted.
